Validity of contract, product and price information
These terms apply to purchases made at nordfoil.eu. Product prices are displayed next to each product. Shipping cost is added at checkout depending on location and shipping method. All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT.
Placing an order
Add products to your cart, fill in required fields and choose a shipping method. The total cost is displayed before payment. Payment is processed securely via the following methods provided by Maksekeskus AS (MakeCommerce):
- Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank
- Finnish bank payments: OP, Nordea, Aktia, S-Pankki and others
- Card payments: Visa / Mastercard
The personal data necessary for payment processing is transferred to authorised processor Maksekeskus AS. The contract enters into force when payment is received.
If we cannot deliver ordered goods due to stock issues, the purchaser will be informed immediately and all payments refunded within 14 days.
Shipment
We ship to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. Available shipping methods:
- Omniva parcel machine — 1-2 business days
- SmartPosti parcel machine — 1-2 business days (Estonia), 3-5 business days (Finland)
- DPD courier — 1-2 business days
The purchaser bears the shipping cost displayed at checkout. Free shipping on orders over €59 (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) and €99 (Finland).

Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened foil rolls for hygiene reasons unless defective.
To return goods, submit a withdrawal request to info@nordfoil.eu within 14 days of receiving the goods. The purchaser bears the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Defective goods
We are responsible for defects existing at the time of delivery for up to two years. Contact us at info@nordfoil.eu within two months of discovering a defect. We will repair, replace or refund as appropriate. We will respond to complaints within 15 days.
Direct marketing and personal data
Personal data is used only to process orders and deliver goods. We send marketing emails only with the customer's prior consent. Customers may unsubscribe at any time.

Dispute resolution
